Shipping conditions
Packages are usually sent within 24 hours. Except during the annual holidays.
Shipments are made by the carrier of your choice according to the carriers BPost, Mondial Relay, DPD. Potential other carriers may be added to the list in the future.
The delivery times indicated are estimated delays and delays may be caused due to events beyond our control.
No compensation can be awarded in case of delayed delivery.
When your package is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
For Relay point shipments, you choose the relay point you want yourself.
